WebbThe slow rise means that I am not able to confidently identify the date of ovulation, and hence I would have a hard time choosing the correct date for a progesterone blood test, which I understand should be carried out 7 DPO (CD21 for a textbook 28 day cycle). If you have enough hormones to have a BFP at this early stage then that's got to be a very positive sign. I had niggly pains on my right side from very early post BFP all the way through my pregnancy with my DS. They didn't entirely go until after he was born.
