WebHey Jackass, I DID call their customer service number with my issue, they wouldn't let me cancel. There isn't always a customer service number to call. Even when you do call it doesn't mean you can actually cancel it. That's the whole point I was making. This is happening more and more; they are making it difficult or impossible to cancel it.
