Does it tune like an engine IRL, where one would "advance" the distributor to potentially increase HP and "retard" the distributor to prevent pinging (which reduces HP and kills the engine), or is it just like the camshaft where any setting besides perfect makes the engine run like shit? WebTake off the head and look at the pistons. Buy the fuel gauge and set your carb correct. Mine kept catching on fire any time I stayed over 6k rpm for more than a few seconds at a time (generally when trying to go fast on the highway). There would be a slight clunk as the carb would detach from the engine and a fire would start.
