WebOne way to get around this in Firefox is to go into about:config and change mousewheel.min_line_scroll_amount to something like 30 or 35. While this does solve the issue, if you are a laptop user, you'd notice that your trackpad scrolling is insanely fast, while the mouse scrolling feels normal. Web1.open regedit.exe using run. 2.go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> Elantech -> Smartpad. 3.change ScrollControl_Mode from 0 to 1. 4.open the elan software and apply just to make sure the settings gt applied.
