We are fairly active in our mid 70s, When I booked though the coach company I asked for a double room, either ground floor or near a lift, there was only a twin room available which I booked. Been coming to this hotel for many years now but gone downhill a lot these last few visits and this last one was no better at all. The rooms are so old fashioned, sad and tired. Wallpaper coming off, curtains hanging off the pelmet, decor out of the 1970's.
