If I remember right, there is a small mark on the oil pump housing that the crank mark lines up with and the cam mark is straight up and there are 2 other marks on the cam gear that line up with the head. The heat crossover passage had an oily look in them. So I replaced with new felpro gaskets, and sealed up the water passages and reset the intake.
