WebDon't harvest. Trust me, it's not really worth the slaughter of innocents just for some extra ADAM. And the help you get from it isn't even that significant unless you're playing on hard, and even then, it's debatable. The gifts you recieve for saving the sisters are pretty nice, wheras plenty of buyable plasmids and tonics aren't really helpful.
